GroupAs we say good bye to our team from the US, we are filled with gratitude.  Our work here in Uganda is rooted in partnership, and is only possible because of our teams and volunteers; our corporate partners, child sponsors, the teams that make the trip over to Africa, each have a significant role in what we are doing.

As an organization we are thankful to the medical professionals who come to work in our clinics, the church workers and educators who empower youth through education, conferences ,and, seminars.  We could not do any of this without the dedication of our “volunteer warriors “ in the US and Canada. These individuals tirelessly fundraise and pour their time and efforts into this organization.  This collaborative and cooperative approach has made it possible for OTA to be able to make an impact.

We thank everyone for sharing what we are doing with those in your circles of influence.  It truly is partnership that makes a difference.  Together, we ARE impacting communities in Uganda, one person at a time.

Go well!

Not an easy decision to make. Non contributing years really impact your CPP as does divorce and CPP splits and if you made max payments to CPP. There is no one size fits all solution, each person needs to run their numbers. I personally would love to wait but having retired early, I now have too many non contributing years and will take CPP at 60 and wait for OAS at 70. Edna Carly Season
